We believe your spirit already knows. Our role is to help you hear it more clearly, act on it more courageously, and build a daily life that reflects what you discover.

Sessions are conducted via video call or in person at our Martinview studio. Most clients begin with a single Soul-Pattern Mapping session before choosing a longer pathway.

Elevated Spirit Guides ("we", "us") collects personal information you voluntarily provide — including your name, email address, phone number, and session notes — solely for the purpose of delivering spiritual coaching services and responding to inquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except where required by Australian law. Session notes are stored securely and retained for 24 months after your last session, after which they are permanently deleted unless you request earlier removal.

Nature of Services: Spiritual coaching is a personal development service. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, or financial advice. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made or implied.

Cancellation: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Programmes may be paused once for up to 30 days; refunds for partially completed programmes are not available.

Confidentiality: We treat all session content as confidential. We may be required to break confidentiality if we believe there is an imminent risk of harm to you or others.

Intellectual Property: All materials, frameworks, and written content provided during coaching remain the intellectual property of Elevated Spirit Guides and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific session or programme in question.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
